"WiFi connection strong. Hotel room neat and tidy. Check in and out were smooth and quick. Beach was clean. A few pools for people to choose from. Breakfast was not bad but too busy at peak times that the hotel is struggling to manage. Staff were mostly very friendly.
Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant but their champagne glasses had a toxic smell which is totally unacceptable. "
"The adult swimming pool is always closed!!!! It says guests need to tell hotel 30 minutes in advance if we want to use the swimming pool then they open it.i never encounter such in 5 star hotel before!
The hotel is overall old now, needs renovation. Activities for adults not much. Overall not feel so resort like. "
