Staff was very helpful and polite, very professional. Definitely made may stay top notch. The breakfast was outstanding and the service was exceptional. There is not enough stars to rate this place it is off the charts good. Will always stay here when I visit Zurich.

The location was great and the breakfast was excellent! They make you fresh eggs on the spot anyway you like them. Room a bit too warm but was comfortable, clean and nice. Easy walk to train station, maybe about 10 minutes. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I only gave it a four star instead of five for only one reason. The AC is not operable from the room, and the temperature was a bit to warm for my liking. I’ve asked several times if they could adjust it cooler but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I basically slept with the fan on all night for my entire stay. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

This little gem of a hotel was perfect for a stay in Interlaken. It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to everything! Only downside is it was hot and there is no AC … but if you want an authentic alps experience it’s worth it!

We were originally booked in Lucerne, but after a less-than-ideal hotel experience, we made a last-minute switch to Villa Honegg—and it did not disappoint. Perched high on a hill, the staff greeted us with warmth and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking, and even our mountainside room felt serene and luxurious.
Amenities: 5 stars.
Food: 5 stars (dinner and breakfast were both exceptional).
Staff: 5 stars.
And yes—there’s a distinct cow scent drifting off the veranda (welcome to the Swiss Alps!), but you quickly get used to it. Overall, a truly memorable stay and one we’d return to in a heartbeat.

"Our room was lovely and the front desk staff very helpful. The area outside our room was undergoing updating and wasn’t very appealing, though. Also, despite there being an elevator in the building, the front desk is up a full flight of stairs. This could be a concern to anyone unable to do stairs. ..."

"Right in the centre of the town, so very handy for travel and eating. Self-check went well with easy opening of doors using phone. Room was comfortable and shower was great. Free breakfast items and hot drinks were a nice touch."
