“The host was EXCELLENT, from our very first encounter. Very helpful and informative and VERY VERY easy to work with and VERY accommodating !!! At first when I arrived I was a little skeptical, I didnt know the area and it was a small trailer park --- but once inside, the single wide was clean and nice. The community was quiet. “The house was beautiful. But trash was left in the garage and really smelled. Not a nice welcoming. The tub in the bed down stairs did not work. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. The lights around the pool did not work. So pool area was pitch balck at night.”
