“We gave them 5 stars for value, cleanliness and for the nice room and bed. Everything appears mostly new Complete new room interior, super comfortable bed.. We stopped on the way south and booked the room because it was a good stopping point. We will definitely be back. It's not a resort so no real amenities but a nice clean, newly renovated room and super friendly staff.”

“I had made my reservation in February. We arrived May 15 and the owner operator stated that he was not expecting visitors until May 16. He then went on to explain that his housekeeping staff had quit overnight. All of the rooms were unkempt, dirty, and not even sweat. He was very nice. I swept the room myself. I will not stay there again. I had no choice as to the fact that I had concerts to Morgan Wallen and all other hotels in Gainesville were $12-$1500. I brought my own plastic sheets, as……

The fluorescent lights blasting through the curtains, made it feel like it was the afternoon no matter what time it was. I won’t be staying here again. My car was a better option.”
