“Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. “The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. ”

“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised.
