“We had a wonderful stay in the farm house. It was a great location to explore the peninsula. And plenty of room for all six of us to spread out and relax. Also enjoyed the deer and all the turkeys wandering through. And the host was responsive to questions. Definately recommend.”

“This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. ”

“We stayed here for a family vacation to enjoy the fall colors and explore Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The location was perfect—an easy drive to both, which made getting around simple and stress-free.The home has a peaceful backyard set away from the road, which made it a nice spot to relax. You might hear some traffic at night if the windows are open, but it didn’t affect our overall comfort.Communication with the owners was excellent—very prompt and helpful. One of our favorite parts……
