Although the lenolium floor covering was in good shape, the stucture of the floor was horrible. Very uneven, horror movie squeeky. Just really bad. Not really anything they can do about it. “Discovered while making reservation there wasn't any direct phone line to motel. The message should have included "0" as the way to contact; same day reservation, without ability to contact motel, created a not successful rest, since I don't use a bed, but a chair for sleeping. I relied on photos of the room, which showed a couch or a comfortable chair, which was needed for chronic pain issues. The manager was genuinely helpful with another snafu in the reservation. Appreciate her help which……
