Weeks Stay In Pateley
Everything was as stated on the site. Cottage was spacious, well equiped, warm & welcoming. Couldnt fault it at all and would recommend anyone to stay there. We shall certainly be back. For anyone who has never stayed at Pateley, please do as the people and the village are so warm & welcoming, and please all use the local shops as you will be more than welcome from them.

Fabulous wee cottage
My elderly father and I had a wonderful few days here. Everything was so easy being in the village, we never cooked as there are lots of options for eating out or takeaway. Local dog walks were super and the enclosed courtyard meant we were never worried about the dog. Hosts were easy to contact and replied quickly to questions. Would happily recommend this lovely cottage and delightful village.

FABULOUS COTTAGE
This cottage is an absolute gem. Excellent position just off the high street.
More spacious than the pictures show although they are very accurate to how the property looks.
Lovely touch of cake and milk thank you.
Absolutely spotless throughout and lovely and warm.
Beds really comfortably, bedding and towels beautiful quality.
The sandwich box on back high street does great breakfast options and open 7.30-2.30 so ideal to pop in after walking our dog along the river!
The Royal Oak across the river has amazing value food and really friendly staff. We popped in for lunch one day and the ciabatta was so big we didn’t have room for dinner.

Fabulous cottage, fantastic location
We stayed here for three nights over Easter. The cottage is tucked away just off the Main Street with pubs, shops and cafe/eateries just a short walk away. Ideal location, quiet and cosy. The cottage itself is excellent with a good amount of space inside. The courtyard outside is great and will be even better in summer.
Amenities are very good though we couldn’t work out how to use the electric hob (our fault as we are used to gas..!!!)
The bedroom annexe is great with its own space and own bathroom.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future. Hosts communication was very good and they left some delicious biscuits along with some milk for us which was a lovely touch.
We would highly recommend.

Excellent in every respect
This property could not be better, small but perfect! Lovely decor, comfy beds and lounge area, nice little secure courtyard for the dogs which would be lovely to sit outside in nicer weather.
A stones through from the High Street in Pateley which is a lovely town / large village with decent selection of shops and pubs. Can’t fault a single thing, owners were super helpful and quick to respond to any queries and we found the arrival instructions perfectly clear.

Quirky cottage in the heart of Pateley Bridge
Despite horrendous weather when we arrived and a problem caused by the unusual amount of rain. The hosts were very helpful and the problem was resolved so that we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. We hope to return in the spring

Well located cottage in lovely village
Lovely cottage with charming courtyard seating area, and well tended garden in the very nice village of Pateley Bridge. The local shops had all the essentials and the butcher was outstanding….especially all those wonderful pies. The village is a great location as a base for visiting the many lovely sites in this gorgeous part of the world and only a short drive from Fountains Abbey, Ripon and All Creatures Great and Small country. Many lovely walks with stunning views start from the village. Would be happy to return again in future.

A little Gem
Lovely cottage with easy access to the high street and river walks. During our stay we were fortunate with the weather, so took full advantage of the courtyard that was well designed making it private from other properties.
The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. Our only issue was finding it, we were given written instructions from the hosts, but still struggled, maybe a street map or drawing could help future visitors
We would definitely recommend to family and friends
Lovely cottage in great location with direct access onto High Street via archway and snicket.
We loved our long bank holiday weekend there and had a 5min drive up to the old Stonecut and Lime Kiln
Lovely walks nearby and at Lofthouse by reservoir

Modern Condo in Great Location
This place has been completely modernized, and is very nicely decorated. Suggest updating the check in instructions to explain how to unlock the annex, unlock the shed, the process for operating the furnace and how to lock the exterior doors. Provide house management instructions at least a week in advance so guests can know what to expect when arriving.

Weekend break for a wedding in Harrogate
Beautiful property. Had a bit of trouble locating it, but once there in a great location.
I have mobility problems, so thought the idea of a ground floor annexe would be a good idea, however during our stay it was quite icey marking the crossing of the yard quite lethal.
No one's fault, but did tarnish our stay as when it wasn't icey it was pouring down.
Would like to visit again in the summer.

Very central with a cute garden
Had a thoroughly nice stay in this cottage. The bed was comfortable and the garden was really useful. It's very useful for the centre of Pateley Bridge but we didn't find the stone archway into the high street until the morning we left. Walks along the river Nidd were lovely and a quick way of getting out into the open countryside. The cottage was well fitted out too.

Lovely, well appointed cottage in a really convenient location
The cottage is located just yards off of Pateley High Street so very convenient for all local amenities. Very well appointed cottage - this place wants for nothing. Very nicely decorated with good quality fixtures and fittings. The small enclosed garden is a perfect place for a cheeky little evening drink. The garden was perfect (and safe) for our border collies.
We will definitely be returning to this little gem.
Highly recommended.

Superb Property/Great Location
We have just had a wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful cottage and wished we had stayed longer.
5 star accommodation, exceptionally clean with "state of the art! fittings
We had our dog with us and were spoilt for choice for walks on our doorstep.
The weather was very kind to us which made sitting on the private .patio - daytime and evening - especially enjoyable.

Stunning
Absolutely gorgeous little cottage, right off the Main Street. It was a beautifully set up and had everything we needed.
Something to note is one of the bedrooms is in annex outside the main property, which I loved but if you have children staying in separate bedroom it might not be suitable.
We were able to walk into the little town, which had some great restaurants and a little park nearby.
We would definitely recommend this accommodation and location it was brilliant!

Perfect base for the Dales
This property is perfect for families needing some privacy as the second bedroom is in a self contained annexe with shower. The whole property was really good for dogs as no carpets and there's a hose to wash down the patio, which is beautifully laid out with flowers in tubs and planters. Everything inside was surprisingly modern and in pristine condition. Beds were very comfortable and it was in a perfect location to explore the area but lovely walks also right from the doorstep. I would definitely go back, thoroughly recommend it.
