“This is a sweet convo with lovely views from all windows. There is a porch off the kitchen where you can sit and hear birds. Fragrant lilac as you come up the stairs to the door. Wanda was very easy to work with, friendly and available. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar, and in all, had a wonderful stay.”

“The stay was nice. The unit appears to have just been rehabbed with all new everything. Items that should be addressed are identifying the unit. That small number is not working. Can't be seen from the road or parking. Not handicapped friendly. Never found the pool, spa or other activities. Information should be provided in the unit. Overall I would recommend this unit. 4 🌟”

“Beautiful, quiet location next to river with spectacular views of covered bridge & VT landscapes! Clean, cozy, bright, rustic home in wonderful rural Woodstock area. Home is conveniently close to most highways & the center of town. The spacious rooms have mix of period & contemporary furniture, adding to the charm. Had great outdoor deck & river view was certainly a big plus! A few deck chairs would have made that even better! The kitchen had all necessary items for nice stay, loved……

“The property was exactly as listed, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. In addition, it was very spacious and could easily accommodate our extended family of 10. Also, whenever there was an issue or a problem – which was never the owner’s fault – the property manager was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to take care of it. We had only one main criticism, which is that we wish more of the windows had screens. We could not open the others without bugs……

“On a very quiet small lake, but plenty of things to do. Kayaks, paddleboard, float pad, and hot tub were a big hit. Plenty of games and activities in the house too for rainy days. Greg was great at communicating everything about the house and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!”

“The house was really quite great - especially for a winter getaway. It had everything you could possibly need and then some! My only critique was how difficult it was to communicate with the host. It feels very automated and difficult to get even the simplest answers.”

“Although the stream was devastated by the Vermont floods, it was still enjoyable to relax and watch pass by. Several opportunities to explore the area for fishing and hiking. Host was very accommodating and attentive. The wood burning stove made some of best vacation breakfasts ever. Great vacation!”

“This is our second time staying here. This year I was a little disappointed in my stay at this house. We were informed on the day of arrival that the dryer was replaced and would be hooked up three days after the start of our rental. There was some dialogue with the local manager and the local managers supervisor during the course of our stay, but in the end we never had use of a dryer in the house. The property manager Kate spoke on the phone with us and was supposed to get back to us and never……
