"We unfortunately had an awful stay at this motel. The outside door was not secure, although it had a passcode lock. However, the lock did not work. So anyone could enter the motel hallways. The walls to the room were paper thin. We could literally hear our neighbors cough. The bed felt like sleeping ..."

"Carpet was filthy and the room smelled terrible! I couldn’t get in the room for almost an hour, the codes don’t work! 3 other people couldn’t get in their rooms upon arrival during that time! Staff was slow to help and not concerned they leave guests locked out of their rooms for almost an hour."
