“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“The accommodation is okay but the cleaning staff are not doing a good job to the apartment. So many things are left unclean which is not very good. The apartment is located in a quiet area which is a bonus. The window blinds are too light especially now in summer time where the sunrise very quickly. You can’t have a late lie down because of the ray of sun shining bright on your face. Something need to be done. A big thank you to Anna who has being very helpful and provided us with our request.……

“Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient.
