“A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends. Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.”

“Great location and has a parking space, main bedroom is very nice but second bedroom is more suitable for children than an adult couple. Kitchen and living room is nice and the host supplied coffee and tea. Thank you!”

“Everything was great about the property itself, especially the location with the walk to the high street and the start of the shops only taking a minute or 2. The only drawback I could find, and I'm nit picking, is the stairs are right at the front door which might be tricky for some people. Parking on busy days/weekends might be tricky.”

“The property had an abundance of convenience for our short trip to the lovely and charming area of Deal. From an easy access to through preparation and instructions by the host, we enjoyed a quick journey to all the golf courses we were playing and had choices abound for dinner. It is centrally located around groceries, a bank and restaurants. Meticulous inside and well equipped for travelers passing through. Will definitely keep in mind when a return trip to the area happens in the future! ”
