Upon arrival, our room wasn't quite ready, which is understandable. However, the staff directed us to use the public restroom near the parking area, which was unfortunately in very poor condition—quite unclean and off-putting. It wasn't the welcoming first impression we had hoped for. The room itself was generally clean, though the bedroom carpets showed noticeable stains. The smaller bedroom (with its en-suite shower) felt extremely cramped and wasn't really suitable for two adults sharing comfortably. That said, the hotel's location was excellent and convenient, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. While the apartment was generally if a high standard, the toilets are located in the bedrooms and not in the lounge communal area. The sliding door to the toilet/shower room has a 1cm gap all around, offering no privacy for those in the toilet nor in the bedroom. Staff are friendliest ever and everything in apartment looked brand new - high quality finishes etc. We were allowed to check in as soon as our apartment was ready and we could leave our car in parking garage till 1pm on day of check out which was also very helpful. ##### Sue 2025 年 3 月入住 1 晚
