Great location, clean rooms, very friendly staff !

This property was fine for a one night stay. The room is basic and seemingly clean. Lobby under major construction and I didn't know in advance. I would have expected lower cost for the conditions. Messy. Dusty. Paint smell. Breakfast in room right by construction. Basic offerings. Not stocked or checked until ending at 10. I cannot recommend at this time but probably post construction it's adequate for a one to two night stay. It is close to restaurants, shopping and University. Not too far from Lake Champlain

Great place to stay and easy to get to the downtown area. Would go again.

If you consider prime location, large rooms with waterfront balconies, free parking, two outdoor pools with free chairs and umbrellas, free various waterfront activities and weekly morning pool and group programs, the price appears way more reasonable and acceptable

This was disappointing. There is no air conditioning - it was very stuffy and hot. They are focused on motor boats - you can't really get anywhere interesting from here on a canoe. There's a restaurant and bar but prices are on a par with midtown Manhattan. This is a very expensive place and I can't help but wonder if the place we rented was meant for the help or something. There are almost no staff to help you with any issues and it's set up so that you almost never see anyone who works there. There is no daily housecleaning, and extensive chores are required at checkout. Severely understaffed. Do not recommend.
