"This Hoboken basement apartment was in a perfect location for easy access to NYC. The bus stop for the 126 bus to the PABT was conveniently a block away. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby within a few minutes walk. We had all the conveniences needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea and other basic supplies such as sugar, paper towels, and plastic storage containers.. The dishwasher was an added bonus. It was easy to do a quick load of laundry when needed in the washer and dryer. The bed was comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this urban apartment. We could hear the upstairs neighbors and their pets. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking everywhere."

"The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York. One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests. That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again."

"Place was very clean & had everything we needed. It is on the 5th floor so be prepared for lots of steps. First couple nights were a bit noisy from the people hanging outside the building down below but it quieted down after that. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks!"
