I couldn’t use the jacuzzi my wife and I went specifically for the jacuzzi so we can relax after a long week there was no hot water. Called front desk they said they will turn on water in the bathroom!I asked about jacuzzi she turns on bathroom water. We called after waiting3 hours to see if the water ever warmed up it was still ice cold not even warm.
