“We loved this place! Sigh and JayR were amazing hosts. The property was just perfect. So clean. Kitchen had everything you could imagine and would need. Big washing machine and dryer. Living space was brilliant. TVs in every room too, not that we used them. The location is great too. Felt very safe and nice high street not far away with shops and restaurants. Also really not far from Hoboken water front, which has the most amazing views of the city. You can get the 87 bus there from just outside……

“Great place to stay with family! Wanted a place large enough for visiting relatives from Germany. The open kitchen/dining/living rooms were perfect for us. A short walk to the train/ferry terminal(10-15min.) always felt safe, even when returning very late at night. The neighborhood was full of families with young children, play park around the corner. There is NO Parking included with this unit. We used a parking garage, no issues with safety of vehicles, 5 minutes away. We would stay here with……

“Een mooi en schoon appartement. Voldoende ruimte voor 5-6 personen. Helaas geen lift. Veel lawaai door groepen recht voor het appartement. En net te ver lopen voor de PATH trains.”

“I really like the property and the fact that I had a pretty view of the town. You’re up on the third level so you’re feeling safe. The only negative I saw which just depends on you are the three flights of stairs. It me bringing up groceries a little bit difficult. Besides that it’s a great find I will definitely be renting again!”
