The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and two bins waited for us with sheets towels, spices, paper towel… everything you could think of. The owner was amazingly responsive and helpful! The beach view was impeccable and the decor was both beachy and classy. The house is always clean, the location is convenient to everything. The home is one street from the beach with a great view of the ocean. The house has everything we need to have a great vacation. The property was absolutely perfect in every way from location on the island to the amenities available! Sean, the owner, went out of his way to make our stay magical! This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and we've already booked for next year. The condo was super clean and well stocked. It is upgraded, well maintained, and well equipped. Laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, toilet tissue, trash bags, and hand soap all provided. Well equipped kitchen and a closet full of beach chairs and toys. Sean stayed in contact with me from pre-arrival to checkout and provided me with all the info I needed. Great location- sitting on deck watching by to ocean, sleeping to sound of the waves. Home lets in ton of natural light, is airy, tastefully decorated, kitchen well organized. The house had everything we needed. Sean is an incredible host- so thoughtful and easy to reach. This was our first time to Topsail, definitely not our last.
