Located on the south end of Topsail Beach, our beaches are less crowded, extra wide and can be enjoyed all day during low and high tides! The home is a short walk to local attractions, park, dining, shopping and fishing pier! Chair lifts located inside the home offer assistance for guests who may have difficulties using stairs. Outdoor showers are conveniently located on the beach access and a fully enclosed outdoor shower is located at the carport.

This north side of a duplex offers plenty of privacy with a private driveway, wet-weather entrance, covered decks & even your own private walkway to the beach. The outdoor decks with panoramic ocean views are covered (a rare feature for most homes here), allowing for rest and relaxation rain or shine. The carport accommodates up to 3 cars. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full private bathroom, for guest comfort and convenience! The home features 2 king beds, 4 twin beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

A fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while having a full view of the ocean. Coffee lovers have many options (french press/standard brew/keurig) to enjoy the perfect cup of java each morning while taking in the breathtaking views. The open-concept kitchen/living room area with step out to the outdoor deck is the perfect space to unwind with friends and family after a long day on the beach. The home has plenty of games and books to entertain. The spacious living area has been recently upgraded with luxury flooring and comfy seating for the whole family to enjoy! Beach chairs and toys are also provided for guest use.

The first floor of this home is highlighted by the spacious king master suite with private bath on the oceanfront. Take advantage of your private access to the covered deck and enjoy a sunrise here to start your day! Also, on this floor is a bedroom with 4 twin beds, a second full bath and a laundry room.

The top floor features a third bedroom with a king bed, work desk and adjoining full bathroom. Friends and family can gather in the spacious living/dining area which features an open-concept kitchen. The comfy couch opens up to a queen bed to accommodate extra guests. Plenty of seating and spaces to dine and play, including a games table, while enjoying the panoramic views and walkout to the ocean!

After a relaxing day on the beach, wash the salt and sand in one of two private showers. One conveniently located on the beach access and the second a private, enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Rents weekly during prime summer season (Saturday turn day)
Off season- Sep-May has a minimum 3-4 night rental with check in/out available any day of the week.

The home is pet- and smoke-free to accommodate guests with allergies and sensitivities. Grilling or use of flame is not permitted on the premises.
