Pisos nuevos, alfombras, camas / colchones, sofá seccional, muebles de porche, pintura y decoración. Hay un rey en el dormitorio principal, una litera con doble en la parte inferior y dos en la parte superior en la habitación de invitados, y una cama completa en el tercer dormitorio. Sofá seccional del sofá cama reina extraíble en la sala de estar. Dos habitaciones cada una con baño completo propio y medio baño al lado del tercer dormitorio. Enorme porche con vistas al mar y al canal. Ducha al aire libre con agua fría y caliente. La entrada tiene 3 autos cómodamente pero puede apretar 4 autos. Absolutely stunning view of the waterway from the upper deck. Perfect for sipping coffee every morning, watching the boats come in. View of the ocean from the kitchen window made doing the dishes not so bad after all! Short walk to the beach was very handy since we had 2 children with us. We walked to the beach every day. Beach access that doesn't have public parking was very nice! The access point to the beach felt more private, less traffic and we didn't feel like people were on top of us. There is a donut shop just a short trip up the road that makes fresh donuts while you wait, we loved that! There is also a little park right up the road that the kids really enjoyed. Location location location! Amy is super communicative, kept us informed of weather changes (we caught the tail end of hurricane Ian) Overall wonderful experience, the location is phenomenal and the house is very functional. I’d bring my own next time. -Pillows are old and need replacing- bring your own! - comforters are not washed between guests. The first night we washed all of them. - Not a cooks kitchen!! We love to cook all our meals. There is very little counter space. I’d downscale the large table and put in an island (just a designers point of view!😜)inexpensive cookware, silverware is oddly tiny. House is a short walk to the beach. Beautiful sound views and sunsets from the deck. House was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The house has two and a half baths, and would be ideal for a family with both young and teenage children (based on the bedroom/bathroom layout). Easy email communication with owner -- no surprises, everything was fine. ##### JC C. In contact with owner and always quick helpful responses! Unfortunately refrigerator was having issues last few days and not keeping things cold. Couldn’t be repaired until after we left. Other than that, rooms were excellent. Captain’s Chairs made overlooking the sound so breathtaking! Sunsets were amazing! My family had a fantastic first visit to Topsail!! Property is close to everything we wanted. Walk to the beach is convenient, view of sound is really nice, home had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house could have use a bit more of a deep clean for my liking but was fine overall and no issues. We would stay here again! ##### Erin H.
