"We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Denecrest Guest House in Windermere. The host was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, perfect for our little family.
The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Windermere town, close to shops, and near a park, which was great for our toddler. We appreciated the secure lock system and the cleanliness of the facilities.

"Check-in was quick and easy - the lady who checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Our room was lovely, with a large and comfortable bed, plenty of cushions, and a peaceful, warm atmosphere. There were also tea-making facilities and a fridge, which was a nice touch.
We didn’t get a chance to try the spa or gym facilities this time, but breakfast was excellent - a great variety on offer, quick service, and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs!
The hotel’s central location was ideal for exploring Ambleside, with everything just a short walk away."
