“The staff was nice. Hotel is very dated and not well maintained. Entrance smells like cigarettes. Our first room the bed had lots of hair in it. Requested new room and front desk apologized and gave us another room. Still not as clean as it should have been. Still hair in bed and lots on bathroom floor. Will no longer be staying at Holiday Inns. You pay too much to stay in a dirty room! Would not recommend this to anyone!”

“I enjoyed my brief stay at the property. The check in process was unusual. I talked with the property manager via Ring and the place was unlocked. Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out.
