"One of the receptionist made the payment not correct and not proactive to introduce restaurant, while others are friendly and proactively to introduce. When checking out, the receptionist is too busy and the hotel only arrange one more staff to help. The breakfast staff also made wrong order and didn’t have meal ready until we asked, however the restaurant dons out and cook noodles for us for free. Mix feeling of the service. The hardware is overall good."

"入住時，酒店依照我在訂房時的需求，給了我一間高樓安靜且有景觀的房間，可見，即使是透過旅遊網站的訂房，仍然受到重視備受禮遇。接著入住後，在前枱Vickey主管沉穩內斂的協助下，讓我跟虹橋機場排班的不法計程車司機，取回溢收的車資，特別的感謝她。這酒店讓我驚艷的地方是，前枱每一位都具有非常專業與熱忱的服務精神，呂小姐很親切有耐心的解說附近的景點與交通，房間的乾淨度也有五星級的標準。這次雖只住了三天，但覺得非常愉快。"

"房間全部都很好，唯一缺點是冰箱需要通知客房服務人員來開啟以及房間內有煙味，我猜是隔壁房間在抽菸煙味飄進我的房間裡了，可是這可能跟住宿的人的素養有關。"
