"Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's own restaurants. Expect to pay slightly more for hotel food. Pros - Staff very helpful and respond very quickly. Hotel is new and clean. Hotel right next to one tourist attraction, but that's about...

"Room was clean, not new hotel so decoration is old. very hard to communicate since nobody speaks english, not easy to order anything .
Had a nasty problem with the dinner I ordered, but will not write about it because the hotel solved the issue in a professional way , and they even cancelled the dinner charge."
