“Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. Highly recommend. ”

“For $5 I can’t complain much. But I have stayed at cheap hostel before, and where $5 can get me a comfortable bed in a a/c room this is not that type of hostel. They took the A/C off, there is a lot of mosquitoes, no fan, very thin mattress as in just a layer of sheet, maybe that is how it is here? But I stayed at a $15/night hotel and it was completely different. The only plus thing about this was the host came and walked me to the house cause I can’t figure out where it is.”

“They offer pickup as it is a bit far from the entrance. The service is very good and we had meals with nice mountain view. Enjoyed the stay!”
