Renovated studio with sea view - 50 m from the beach

Just 50 m from the Bergerie beach, this renovated 32 m² studio welcomes you in a quiet residence with private parking and secure gate.

Space optimized for your comfort
The entrance hall features a sleeping area with two bunk beds (140 cm below, 92 cm above) and large cupboards. A door separates this area from the main room.

A bright living room

The living room features a sofa bed, TV and dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, double-door fridge and dishwasher.

Balcony with sea view
Take advantage of the balcony with table, chairs and electric barbecue for your meals overlooking the sea.

Bathroom facilities
The bathroom includes shower, washbasin and WC. A cupboard houses a washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided (except beach towels). Cot and high chair available on request.

An ideal location
Close to shops, restaurants and transport. Almanarre beach (kitesurfing, windsurfing) 2.5 km away. Departures for the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Ile du Levant) just a few minutes away.

Hyères train station 9 km, airport 5 km. Transfer from station or airport possible.

Agréable séjour Presqu'île de Giens

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjours.L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, sympathiques et facilitateurs pour l'arrivée et le départ.
