Quiet and perfect for family vacations. Possibility to rent the house by the month during the winter.

House of 75sqm on two levels:
1 LIVING ROOM with sitting and dining area, sofa, bay window opening onto the east-facing terrace and French door opening onto the west side.
Separate KITCHEN. 3 BEDROOMS: 1 on the ground floor with 2 single beds; 2 upstairs, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. BATHROOM. SHOWER ROOM with WC. TERRACE. GARDEN.

House amenities: 2 electric hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, washing machine, television, garden furniture.

To be paid on-site: security deposit (650 euros), tourist tax.

Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for a single bed per change, 8 euros for a towel set.

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 140 euros.
