“A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first.

“Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front.”

“This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.”

“Poets24 Apartments enjoys the best possible location in Ely with a large and secure free car park at its rear. The Cathedral is just across the road and everything you need including lunch by the riverside is within easy walking distance. The room was appointed to a high standard and the large walk-in shower was exceptional. The facilities at the Poets Hotel are just a minute up the road and a great cafe is virtually next door.
