"Listing misrepresents the stay!!! Water park tickets are NOT included. Restaurant and bar are NOT open. Property is very poorly maintained. ALL glass is filthy. Staff is helpful and doing their best with what's provided."

"Everything was good. They hold $25 on your credit card upon check in and we checked out almost a week ago and i still have not gotten my $25 back yet. I don't like that part. The girl checking us in was new, so ?? If that is the reason??"
