Old fisherman's house full of charm

Ideally located in the center of the island, completely restored, this house combines the charm of old stones and contemporary.
You can walk to the center of the village where you will find restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, post office and the local producers' market depending on the season.
5 minutes from the house, there is also a mini-market and one of the prettiest beaches on the island.
The house is equipped with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wifi, TV, DVD player ....).
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
1 baby cot available.
All the conditions are there for you to savor all the charm of the pearl of the Gulf!

Très agréable séjour

Petite maison ancienne très bien rénovée et décorée. On y a apprécié le calme, le jardin, sa localisation à l'écart du bourg, tous ses équipements, des chambres et une literie très agréable aussi. On s'y sent chez soi tout de suite. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire sympathique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et malgré le fait que nous ayons pour des raisons familiales urgentes abréger notre séjour, nous avons pu profiter de la jolie et agréable maison de Claire qui permet de rayonner dans l'île sans jamais être loin de rien. Nous reviendrons.

La troisième fois que je loue la maison de Claire et c'est toujours aussi agréable. Proche du centre mais néanmoins très au calme! Les visiteurs d'un jour s'arrêtent souvent au bourg. Le jardin ensoleillé du matin au soir, plages proches. Cuisine super équipée. Une maison fonctionnel avec beaucoup de charme. On se sent bien!

Emplacement idéal de cette jolie maison avec une grande pièce à vivre très agréable. Pour la location en période hivernale, prévoir un rideau isolant pour la porte d'entrée. La cheminée est un plus, surtout lorsque le courant est coupé sur une partie de l'ile aux moines. Equipement très complet. Nous recommandons pour deux couples d'amis. Réveillon sans électricité inoubliable. Merci à Claire, Julie et notre dépanneur en bois...
