The only thing I didn't enjoy was the wifi wouldn't connect to my gaming console but that's a minor thing. My stay overall? Amazing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the staff and rooms were great. Friendliest staff literally was there 24/7 and was always helpful. The room was clean and very spacious I enjoyed the extra space and quiet. The beds are super comfortable and relaxing.

OK - appeared to be good for a longer stay - for a quick over night stay lack of breakfast was a negative factor. They had coffee and a few muffins but grab and run options were not very good.

Overall good place to stay but the property is extremely dated. The kitchenware they gave was old and kinda falling apart. The microwave was peeling on the inside, that’s how old it is. When we got there, there was no blanket on the bed so had to go ask for one. Was missing chairs for the dining table. Other than that, things were generally clean and the location is convenient. Love the front desk staff though! They were friendly and helpful.

Safe environment. Exemplary check in: Amari. Clean room with excellent heating and plenty of hot water. Bed slept wonderful. Very handy kitchen. Only one chair to eat in.

The staff was great, very accommodating, friendly and punctual. The room however was old, out of date and somewhat dirty. The bed was clean and without bugs.

My first room 223 had a terrible moldy smell, I had to mop the floor with a towel it was so filthy. Floor has not been mopped in quite some time. Shower converter lever was broken so I could not take a shower. They switched me to room 232 which was better but still not clean. The “grab and go breakfast” consisted of some oatmeal packets and coffee. Definitely not coming back.

Stay was good, needs a little of remodeling.Bathrooms are extremely small.the kitchen was in poor condition. Some areas had odd smells through out the hotel. other than that it was good.

We saw a cockcroach in the restroom of the room and anothet one in the elevator. The room had cigarette smell and damp. There are a lot of construction workers stay at this place. It is nor suitable for leisure stays.

1. They advertise Free Breakfast - do not be fooled - it’s only coffee. 2. The building cleanliness was poor. 3. SOME of the staff were not so great. 4. The sheets seemed cleaned but the rest of the room wasn’t that great. 5. The door key device wouldn’t work right.

Property was clean and staff were friendly. Yo9u have to request the wares you require for the kitchens, and there is nothing provided or available on site for cleaning dishes or for laundry, so you have to BYO- but it is an affordable and accessible property with several restaurants within walking distance.

This is the hotel that don’t have bathroom tissue. We ask the guy and he told us that we need to buy they don’t provide it. And the breakfast they don’t have other drink but coffee. No orange juice nothing. Hallway of the room smells cigarettes carpet is so dirty
No bathroom tissue you need to buy. No facial tissues you need to buy.

The fire 🔥 alarm was activated almost at midnight and they evacuated the hotel just when we were already sleeping. I booked because it said that breakfast was included and the breakfast was ridiculous, only coffee and cereal by the lobby and not in the cafeteria, so disappointed.

Mi’Lissa at the front desk was very rude when checking me in. I’ve been staying at this location for a while now and I have never had any issues with checking in or booking using a third party website. Everyone has always been incredibly nice. She proceeded to tell me it was policy and that she’s been with the company for 4 years etc. Which good for her, but her attitude was uncalled for when I was incredibly nice to her. This also wasn’t her first time having a guest upset. I questioned what she was telling me because I was confused and never had anyone tell me I needed to pay extra because I booked through a third party. I went as far as to apologize to her if I came off as rude, even though I know I didn’t. Just overall a bad encounter with her and I’ll be sure to avoid the desk when she’s working.
