This luxury condominium, ocean view with one bedroom, 1 bath and half condo comes fully furnished, and it is ideal to enjoy a few relaxing days under the sun, at the beach, or the fantastic pool. You and your guests can lounge in comfort in the private balcony while enjoying the ocean view.



The Space:

Relax with your couple or friend and family in this beautiful 1 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom luxury condo located directly on Jaco beach. With room for up to 2 people, this unit is just steps from the beach. Enjoy your plush surroundings in paradise with
four flat screen TVs (48′ LED TV in Living Room and 40′ LED TVs in each bedroom), comfy seating, and floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom has its own private door to the balcony and bathroom.

For those feeling lucky, the Croc's Casino is right on your doorstep, offering exciting nightlife and entertainment. Getting Around:

Getting around Jacó and beyond is easy from our condo! You'll find convenient parking available on-site in the Croc's Casino Resort parking lot. For those arriving by air, Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) is approximately a 1.5-2 hour drive. Local taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available for transportation around Jacó and to nearby attractions. Walking is also a great option, as many restaurants, shops, and the beach are within easy reach.

OCCUPANCY AND ACCESS

Unless otherwise specified, rates are based on an occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. (i.e., 2 people for a 1BR condo). All guests must be listed on the reservation prior to check-in.



Access to the condominium and its facilities is strictly limited to registered guests only.

Unregistered visitors, including overnight guests or individuals brought in after check-in without prior approval, are not permitted.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all our guests and residents.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After that time, you will need to check in directly at the front desk, and an additional charge of $75 will apply.

Best unit in resort

This is the best unit with the largest oceanfront balcony in the entire resort! Overlooks the pool and ocean. Very large unit and very well appointed.
