“We had a a wonderful 4day stay! Beautiful, spaceful, clean and well equipped house with giant glass windows all over the oceanfront wall. Community is very safe. Stunning views over Pacific. The kitchen is well equipped and we preferred to cook at home. Communication with the manager was super easy via whatsapp. Thank you, we will defnitely come back!”

“We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean . We had a few problems that the owner addressed quickly like when the air conditioner broke they fixed it. The manger of property was awesome but the house needs some serious updating, everything metal was covered in rust and cracks in ceilings, walls and the smell of gas from appliances was bad enough to get headaches. The TV was broken, allegedly taken from the neighbors trash can some years ago....but the property manager Jim helped everytime……

“Property very well maintained with total security. You see some activity on the weekends but during the week days you got the beach pretty much to yourself. Caretaker was quick to response and address minor details. I would definitely come back for another stay.”

“Lamentablemente fui estafado con esta propiedad en alquiler, ya que a pesar de la habia reservado casi con un mes de anticipacion y el cobro obviamente ya fue realizado, me avisan el dia del viaje que esa propiedad no esta en alquiler, tuvimos que regresarnos a nuestro lugar de destino desde Manta, es una pena que Expedia tenga estos errores administrativos y que lamentablemente no se dignen en devolver inmediatamente los cobros que ya fueron hechos.”
