"I have to stay for 7 nights in Guangdong Heshan, but mistakenly booked 6 nights. It is not weekend and still is the same price as when I booked on Expedia. Thanks to Javin at front desk, restaurant waiter Wells, front desk Annie, lobby reception, Lilian, breakfast room, Miu and Mandy. A hotel can be clean, well located, reasonably priced, etc. These are things we expect from a 5* hotel but the people are what makes one hotel stand out from another. Great location to a mall, market street, restaurants, modern stores of many types, major grocery store. Information or area map available would have been helpful - particularly in English. Staff not very informed to answer any questions - not bilingual English speakers."
