"This is truly a one-of-a-kind property with lots of fun stuff to do inside and outside. This place is huge! There's a great game room and other gathering places. The master suite with bathroom on the lower level is just wonderful. Weather did not permit using outside facilities, but this would be an awesome property in the summer. The owners are attentive, thoughtful, and responsive, and they own some of the best!-managed VRBO properties that we have rented. They definitely helped make my son's wedding weekend a very special one."

"The condominum was just perfect for our visit to meet our daughter 's boyfriends family. There was ample parking, the condom was located right on Lake Charlevoix and being 1st floor you could walk right out to the water area.The interior was very clean, decorated nicely with a beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathroom linens and the beds were comfortable. There is a very nice laundry room as well to keep your vacation clothes clean.The secondary bedroom has two twin beds, so if multiple adults are traveling together that may be an issue. Although you can easily push the two bed together.The building was very quiet with no noise disruptions from neighbors or adjoining units.I will/would rent this place again if we are traveling in the area. It is about the same price as multiple hotel rooms and gives a much better travel experience."

Everything was provided as advertised, house was spotless, and communication with the owner was fast and accurate! We spent a lot of time in Petoskey and Boyne, and it was in close proximity to it all. 10/10 recommend. We are definitely planning to stay again! "
