"Kostenloser Parkplatz und Sauberkeit sind positiv hervorzuheben. Der Ort bietet so gut eie nichts. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Man kommt sich abgeschoben vor, weil es Personal und Frühstück nur im Haupthaus auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel (dunkle Einrichtung, kleines Fenster, unzureichendes Lampenlicht). Abendessen gibt es erst ab 20.00 Uhr. "

"Such a tired looking hotel now. Our bathroom was unacceptably dirty. Clearly it hadn’t had a thorough clean in a while. We complained to the front desk and they offered to change our room. We declined as we didn’t want a new room just a clean one. They said the bathroom was dirty because it was old but we disagreed. Next day the bathroom had been cleaned with a toothbrush. We knew that because they left the filthy brush on the sink.
The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. Disappointed overall as the room wasn’t cheap and we’d invited my son and girlfriend to their room and was meant to be a treat. "

"Alojamiento was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is very centrally located in the Plaza where all the amazing restaurants and bars are at! The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!"
