“Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size.”

“The best part of this stay was how close it is to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. There are also many local food options right downstairs, giving a great chance to enjoy the local flavors. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout the stay.”

“The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice. You can consider this hotel when you accept……

“The apartment is very basic which is what we expected given the price, however there is no excuses for how dirty the apartment was. Horrible smell as we entered, hair everywhere! Toilets and bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. We only stayed the night so it was bearable but would rather pay more. Positives - every room did have working air con and towels provided.”
