“The location was perfect for my needs. But the two rooms I’ve stayed in over three visits were poorly kept up. Holes in the wall and torn up furniture. Hot water heater did not work or did not work properly. The place outside the room was filthy with trash all over the property. The one staff was great but he had virtually no help. On the bright side the breakfast was delivered to my room and was excellent!”
“Villa is not ready until 4pm, the pool is very cold, not suitable for kids. very spacious in all area, perfect for family retreat, will definitely come back.”
“It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work”
