Εξω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ. Σε ήσυχη με πράσινο περιοχή, κοντά στο κέντρο της Καρδίτσας(2km),δίπλα στο νοσοκομείο και στον σιδηροδρομικό στάθμο,24km από τα Τρίκαλα,Μετέωρα και λίμνη Πλαστήρα. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει φαρμακείο, φούρνος, καφετέρια καθώς και σούπερ μάρκετ.
