Enjoy your vacation on Kefallonia island in this simply magnificent seafront villa.
Lepeda 's Pearl is a gorgeous newly built villa, offering breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea along with a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility.
Beautifully set in a 4000m2 olive garden, within a few steps (150m) from the picturesque sandy beach of Lepeda, the property is an ideal destination for romantic holidays as well as a unique choice for large families and groups of friends up to 10 persons.
Featuring 250m2 of living space on three levels, the villa is located on the scenic bay of Argostoli, just an 8 minutes' drive from Lixouri village or a beautiful stroll or cycling.
On level one, the house boasts an open living space with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can relax and enjoy their breakfast and meals on the pergola shaded veranda capturing spectacular views over the crystal clear waters and along the smooth coastline to Lixouri and Argostoli, on the other side of the bay. Another roofed veranda provides equally superb views of the south coast of the island.
On the ground floor, four twin bedrooms with access to the garden, all air-conditioned, with en-suite bathrooms, can provide accommodation for 10 adults. Double top-mattresses and extra beds for families with children are available upon request.
The lower part of the house adds a laundry room a quest room with en suite bathroom and plenty storage space for long term holidays.

Lovely Lepeda

We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday.

Beatiful House with a stunning view

The house was just as described with plenty of room and everything an even larger group would need for a longer stay. Located on a hill it offered a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The pool is a nive addition to the house that was mainly used by our kids. The communication with the house owner was perfect and trustworthy at all times.

Very nice vacation

The house is very beautiful better than the pictures on websites. The hospitality was fantastic , we arrive late in the evening and we fouond a very good cake, water and fruit of juice.

A very beautiful and confortable villa! You find all you need for the pool, stuff for the beach and also good food and fruits for our first breakfast, a great welcome! We did a late check-in and a lady waited for us and eplained everything, also providing advices tò visit the island. The owner were available for any needs. We had a great stay and Kefalonia is such a beautiful island.

Highly Recommend

We had an amazing time while staying at this property, the photos do not do this property justice. The owner was great at communicating and arrange for us to be met by the lovely Maria. The property was extremely clean and well equipped. The location is just up the road from the Lepeda Beach which is beautiful although hilly. We were able to walk to/from Lixouri, we also used the local taxi company. I would highly recommend and definitely return again. Thank you for such a wonderful first visit to Kefalonia.

Très belle villa idéalement située

Séjour en famille avec un bébé dans cette très belle villa mais pas particulièrement adaptée pour de jeunes enfants (piscine non close, escalier sans garde-fou, pas de micro-ondes ou de petites casserolles, que des grandes marmites). Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine... Mais idéalement située à 5mn à pied de la plage, dans un endroit calme avec une vue magnifique et à 5mn en voiture de Lixouri.

Splendida la villa nella quale abbiamo soggiornato in 9 per 15 giorni; la casa è molto confortevole,ben rifinita, dotata di ogni comodità ,in ottima posizione perché riservata e tranquilla ma vicinissima al mare ed al centro di Lixouri. L' ospitalità e la cortesia offerta dai proprietari e' al top, dal benvenuto alla partenza ci hanno dato supporto per qualunque necessità e richiesta. Per quanto belle le foto inserite nell' inserzione non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della casa che consigliamo a chiunque per trascorrere un sereno soggiorno a Cefalonia.

Amazing Home

Pictures do not do this home justice. Everything about it was perfect. Very clean and organized. The fridge was filled with little things we may need throughout our stay like milk, water, and some snacks. The owners were also nice enough to leave behind a cake and fresh fruit for us. Perfect location within walking distance to the beautiful Lepeda Beach and also very close to Lixouri which was full of great shops, restaurants, and nightlife. We will definitely be booking this home again on our future vacations to Kefalonia!
