My family's experience was horrible. There was a shooting at the hotel and my girls were in the lobby because they went to buy snacks from the little machines that they have there. I have been there before no issues, but this time was a whole different experience.

We had no was cloths and whoever cleaned the room left a dirty rag on top of the smoke detector.I notified the front desk and it took awhile but she finally delivered the wash cloths herself.No one ever came to clean ...
