“I spent a week comparing hotels and, despite my skepticism, (it just looked too good and affordable to be true) so I booked this one for a single night — and I was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded the ad claims: thoughtful amenities, a relaxed, down-to-earth staff and owners, and beautifully decorated communal spaces that feel like a cozy home. The atmosphere is fun and varied, with plenty of tasteful areas to hang out and unwind. All of this comes at a fraction of the price you’d expect for……

“My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response. I gave up and stayed at a Motel……
