“Room was very stylish, clean, and well-appointed. Excellent location near the beach and walking distance to restaurant area. Some unpleasant-looking stains on the pool bottom and sides. Was not in the main hotel building I was led to believe, but in a small annex across the street. Disappointing because the hotel exterior decor is one of the reasons I chose this place. ”

“The room was clean and the bedding was clean. The staff was so accommodating. If I have any complaints it would be that there’s a copper stain in the bathroom and the tub drain plug seemed broken. Everything else was perfectly fine. ”

“Entiendo que son hoteles pequeños e independientes y que el paso de los años tienden a deteriorar las instalaciones, pero no es justo que la falta de mantenimiento y la desidia de empleados y dueños le ofrezcan un servicio tan deplorable que ni siquiera estan dispuestos a realizar la devolución del dinero a pesar de las malas condiciones ofrecidas, uno puede creer que son hoteles de paso y no importa pero el sacrificio que se hace trabajando se merece respeto, la habitación 104 tiene la cortina……
