The room was gorgeous, bathroom as well. And the bed is very comfortable. But with single pane windows, paper thin walls and limited weather stripping on the door there is absolutely no way to not hear your neighbors or the traffic or any little noise.

Room was very clean and nice. (Best part) You could hear Street noise all night long. Long term guest were smoking weed on property.The hotel has a great central location to everything.

Newly renovated rooms were great!! The bathroom is beautiful and the shower was very nice. I appreciated the koital kiosk check in system to check in quick and efficiently as well as help with any questions I had. Communication with motel staff was smooth and helpful as well. The only issue I had was a lack of high speed Wifi (50+mbps) as advertised by hotels.com. Speeds varied dependent on how many guests were checked in, which did not work for working remotely when high speed video capability was necessary.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back.

Lock did not work in 1st room. Didn't lock in 2nd room. No shampoo, conditioner or soap. No decaf coffee or tea. A/c too cold,could not adjust temp. Not a person in sight to get extra pillows or blankets. I just sucked all the way around.

Room was clean but we booked a pet friendly room and when we showed up we were told they couldn’t stay in the room. The WiFi didn’t work and I was unable to work. The tv didn’t work. The ac did not work. There was a large crack around the door.

It was okay, but for the price it was not worth it. We paid $150 for 2 nights at a place that didn’t even have staff onsite, it was a virtual kiosk. The lady who checked us in was nice enough, but didn’t even know how the locks worked and couldn’t tell me how to lock my room so I had to text her to lock my door when I left for food. They gave me my original room and password and the passcode they gave me for the lock did not work so she “sent staff to help me” and then asked me to come back to the kiosk because “staff wasn’t available because of an emergency.” It was 2am and I was standing in the parking lot and it was very sketchy. There were weird guests and a woman bouncing around from the rooms they were in with loud noises and banging to the point where our wall was moving if you know what I mean. The renovated room was nice but they left the window unlocked and the blinds didn’t work so we had to put a sheet in the window. A/C was loud and barely worked. I will say it was clean for the most part and there were no bugs, but we were very unsatisfied with the staff situation and how sketchy it was trying to finally get in our room. We felt very unsafe. The room was very nice though, IF you get the remodeled one.
