Kickapoo Valley Reserve State Natural Area Tours

Don't let the somewhat faded motel exterior fool you, our room was very clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker. The room appeared to have been recently remodeled/updated. It was not a large room, to be sure, and the shower was very tiny, but it IS a motel, so it was in line with our expectations. The staff is very friendly. When they saw we had bicycles, they said it was totally fine to bring them inside the room overnight. We were there to bike on the Elroy-Sparta Trail, which was just a few blocks away. The motel is also just a few blocks from downtown Sparta, making it a great location. It's not fancy, but it worked great for our bike trip, and we would stay there again for sure.

The room and property were very elegant and welcoming. Beautiful location and very nice amenities such as the steam shower and heated floor.
