The owner needs to address wifi/cable issues. Staff had a difficult time checking us in. Our cable went out twice and our selector was not sufficient enough to math changes . Therefore , we had to ask front desk to come to our room and address. Also, we were out for the day and our room key didn’t work.
There were people down our hall that were smoking and smelling up the place . I notified the front desk and they addressed. Our room was clean enough just dated.
There were homeless people lying on the side of Ty hotel and parking lot. I have a small child and he was very concerned.
