"Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. "John and Maria were incredibly kind and their property is perfect! Super close to the main area, but tucked away so it’s nice and quiet at night time. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. John had very helpful recommendations for a care hire and boat tour. It felt like home away from home. Couldn’t recommend more!!"
