Would have got 5 stars but staff were rude when we left. Stayed for over a week and no goodbye from them. Also wanted to extend our stay by two days but they refused as said it was booked up. This was mid week (Tues and Weds night) and there were still rooms available on the website, so we left confused after having a nice time other than this

Room was amazing. Robes, slippers, rain shower, oversized bath towels. Spa available. Dining room for breakfast and dinner was fabulous. Had the best steak I’ve had in a long time.

"Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been ..."
