The information on the hotel said the rooms were on one floor except they were all on the second floor with no elevator and I had to have people help me carry my luggage. Improper information is vital. Second, I have my wallet stolen from my room. Although the people involved were not guests at the hotel, they were known by this hotel employees and would not offer any assistance and claim they didn't know anything. When I brought this to the attention the hotel staff they did nothing to replace the batteries. Repeatedly I had to tell them that the TV would not work properly and it took a day and a half before someone showed up to actually get it working

We missed freezer section in the fridge. When we travel long distance, we like to use freeze packs in our cooler and they need to be re-freezed.
