“This is a beautiful 5 star property in a very quiet rural location. We were two coiples and had so much space to chill and two lovely bedrooms both with en suite was just brilliant. Plenty of storage, fully stocked and large kitchen and untility/ boot room if you go walking!! It is so beautifully decorated throughout we loved all the different lamps. “I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two……

“Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). “Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & all was excellent but balcony doors jammed leaving small gap with guest having to get back in lounge through window . Contacted help which meant young man arrived promptly & managed to close door but this prevented the use of the balcony during our stay. Single bed duvet rather thick & heavy, otherwise all good.”

“We had a lovely New year's stay in this cottage, going for coastal walks and getting cosy by the fire when we came back. The cottage is really comfortable, we loved the heated bathroom floors and the well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed playing a bit of darts and table tennis in the games room. The hosts were so helpful when there was a slight issue when we arrived.. it was really quickly sorted. Highly recommend!”

“The house is beautiful. We were a group of 7 and we enjoyed our weekend. Hot tub was ready for us to use on arrival. That was a absolute treat. The house was clean. Parking around the back was perfect. Couldn't find a fault in the house apart from the bathrooms could do with having bath mats as its quite slippery and dangerous when coming out of the shower. The house is very modern and upto date. Hand guide book left has wifi password. There is a Asda not to far so herting around by car is easy.……

“The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead).
